Nicely appointed, impeccably clean hotel with hard-working and very supportive personnel in a very friendly and efficient manner. Convenient position in the pedestrian area, adjacent to bars and cafes, and shops, restaurants, the lake and railway station.

The building is very GOOD and the rooms are newly remodelled. The location is perfect as its near the gondola, the pedestrian zone and all the shops and bars. Thanks for a very lovely stay - will choose it for sure next trip.

Comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room. Great and EXCELLENT breakfast with yoghurts, pastries and croissants and excellent customer service. Magnificent and fantastic location, easy to reach the lake & close to many shops & restaurants.

I liked the place, its sensational breakfast.
I spend 2 nights in Zell am See lovely. The room was spotless, heated, well designed bathroom. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and always attentive. Its service was efficient. Moreover, parking was on site. The location was comfortable as for me, really close to the market area, lake and Boats, Buses, Trains, Ski Lifts and various attractions.

The hotel was well-maintained in general, had very amiable staff at the reception desk. The exceptionally nice location was within short walking distance to Seegasse. We dined at a lovely nearby restaurant with Arabic dishes.

It has marvellous and amazing location right to the cable car. Their breakfast option with bacon, sausage plus cheeses is great and excellent, put others we have been to shame! The atmosphere of the hotel is family. Thanks for the stay this time - would stay here again.
